The Force is Strong at Children's Hospital Los Angeles

Patients at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles received some special visitors at an event hosted by Duracell last week.

A pair of stormtroopers and R2-D2 himself went room by room delivering Duracell battery-powered lightsabers and other toys to patients being treated at CHLA. To say the kids were surprised is an understatement. To cap off the day’s activities a group of brave young rebels joined some Jedi in an epic showdown with Darth Vader who was flanked by stormtroopers.

The event was all part of a celebration of Duracell’s generous donation of 1 million batteries to 147 Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals in the U.S. Check out more pictures below and stay tuned for an exciting video!
